Professional services provided by IBT to its clients are governed by separate written agreements (such as master service agreements and statements of work). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IBT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL IBT'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

11. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
